Our Theme:
Our 8th annual event channels the spirit of the American Revolution—and America250—through our theme Inspired Independence. Just as our nation’s Founders and countless early patriots dared to think freely, act boldly, and envision a future beyond the status quo, TEDxMarshallU celebrates modern expressions of that same drive for personal and collective freedom. Whether through triumph, struggle, or a single transformative moment, these pathways to freedom are rooted in strength, bravery, leadership, and ingenuity.
From the iconic red circle, our speakers and performers will explore independence as clarity in moments of complexity, strength forged through failure, authenticity amid technological change, and the courage to define oneself beyond external expectations. Thank you for joining us in igniting conversations that honor the enduring legacy of striving toward greater freedom, possibility, and self-determination and carrying that spirit of Inspired Independence into the future.
